As we all grow older, we notice many changes occurring in our minds and with the body.

If you get bored doing a similar thing each day, try walking alternate day for 31 minutes and on the off days enjoy your curriculum with your new friends.

When starting a new exercise routine take it slow and easy which means you don't get sore. The moment you start something totally new, such as routines you are using muscles and body parts that where out of usage. The muscles are tight, so you need to take it slow at the start. Start out with stretches always and end your excise with stretches as well. Avoid stop once you've began a program; carry on and you'll notice a huge big difference? It takes time to see growth but it will benefit you in the end.

Some things need to be taken care of with medications, so if most likely feeling sick especially for higher than a couple of days and nights you need to check with your doctor. See your doctor on a more regular schedule for a check up, he can sometimes catch something that you can't before it starts to develop.
